[RATING: 5] Rory Hoy nails a summer banger here and one with massive crossover chart potential to boot. One reason for that is I’m Ur MF‘s big Fatboy Slim-ish funky party breaks beat with acid flourishes. Another is having electro swing outfit Kitten & The Hip on vocals. The Hip is Ashley Slater (famously vocalist for his nineties collab with Norman Cook, Freak Power) who now, the video reveals, closely resembles a cross between Harry Hill, and a pervy uncle. An effect exacerbated by the presence of Kitten who (the video also reveals) is both young enough to be Slater’s grand-niece and so filthy as to render the ‘clean’ vocal edit practically superfluous. But don’t take my word for it – check out the video wherein our man Rory has his decks are positioned behind Kitten and her mates while they shake their asses. The sly dog.
