PARLOR GREENS: In Green We Dream

Second single In Green We Dream is the follow-up to debut West Memphis from what must surely amount to an organ trio supergroup consisting as it does of Scone Cash Players’ Adam Scone, Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio’s Jimmy James and GA-20 drummer Tim Carman. This one features a prominent organ topline and is somewhat jazzier than its predecessor but that doesn’t mean the backbeat ain’t funky and the band certainly find time for a fat drum breakdown before the end. It all bodes well for the full LP which will follow on 19 July this year on Colemine Records and from which this is the title track.
