And so to the new single from German band Kidding which is called Seriously. Ein Witz, oder? Ich glaube ja!? Annnnnd we’re back into English. Or maybe Engleutsch. Deutschlish? Again, who knows? What we can be sure of is that Seriously is a tight slice of four-to-the-floor Hammond funk that’ll be appearing on wax 45 very shortly indeed. Naturally it’ll have a flipside and that’ll be Komet Ride – also Hammond funk and every bit as blisteringly fast as you’d expect from a title like that as well as being a tribute to the band’s favourite watering hole, Hamburg’s Komet Music Bar to boot!
