Quality is never out of season at Booty Fruit‘s beat market and lest ye forget they prove it by assembling the best of the best of many previous season’s releases, waxed, polished and gleaming on the green matting. By some strange vagary of interwebular traffic the monkey never got the chance to comment on some of these the first time around so it behooves me now to mention that every one is a banger – though Dedy Dred‘s Toots & The Maytals/ Bounty Killer-sampling Too Hot On The Floor and Djtzinas‘ Screechy Dan remix Rocksteady Boom particularly go hard while Dj Maars‘ skankin Biggie Smalls rework Loose Juice is certified atomic. Mushroom-cloud boom. Out on Valentine’s Day – don’t forget to show the love!
