Rating: Here you are mate, pass the Courvoisier! What? No – I don’t want a brandy snifter! I’m trying to tell you about the lead single from new DJ Nu-Mark project Run For Cover. Ah yeah – that’s got your attention hasn’t it? Yep – so Uncle Nu’s latest conceit is to cover Busta Rhymes’ massive floor filler – er – Pass The Courvoisier in – wait for it – an instrumental Persian funk stylee. And why not? After all, he does have Persian heritage. Enter homie Full Crate with the fullest bag of musical instruments a man could rightly possess including, wait for it…customised drinking straws. I shit you not – check the making of the video below for the full 411 on that. The end product is a 120 proof fine vintage slice of guaranteed dancefloor action. Check it below and if you dig this, the excellent news is the vinyl 7″ follows shortly along with further singles in the run-up to the October release of the Run For Cover LP.

Try writing instead of biting. Have a great rest of the week!)
