CHRYSTAL: The Days (JOHNNYPLUSE Remix)

If you’ve heard Chrystal’s track The Days or, equally bad, the Notion remix, you’ll know there’s a couple of crucial things that needed to happen to it to vastly improve it. The first was to ditch any notion of a godawful house beat and the second was to slow it down some. Enter Johnnypluse to do the decent thing and hey presto, he’s ended up with a trip-hop-ish type affair that might have bothered the charts ten years prior to its original incarnation. There’s a sense of balance in this given that Chrystal’s version actually bothered the charts ten years after its original incarnation though.
