“Give me a reason” belts out Tibbs chanteuse Roxanne Hartog on the hook of brisk uptempo sixties-style soul/ R&B new single, er, Give Me A Reason, the second to be taken from their Keep It To Yourself LP out towards the end of this month. But give her a reason to what? Perhaps the video contains a clue? Dancing in a derelict factory? Singing in a derelict factory? Playing instruments outside of a derelict factory? It is of course, none of the above. Why didn’t you just listen to the lyrics? If you had, you’d have known it’s the far more traditional soul fare of a woman needing a reason to stick around for her lover!
