Echo Chamber Recordings goes into rush release mode to unleash Romero Bros’ cover of Airto’s Latin jazzy samba club hit Samba De Flora on the world. It seems two ten inch dub plates featuring a full six minutes and forty-five second version hit the doormat at Echo Chamber Towers sometime in August following a tip-off from a South American ECR customer, and ECR reaching out to Romero Bros. With full band permission the track then gets split into parts 1 and 2 for a 45 release which will appear this month. Cop vinyl ‘doubles’ and you can fully recreate the original length version – a feat that will be impossible digitally since Part 2 won’t get a digital release. Though I suppose that doesn’t stop you buying the vinyl and ripping Part 2 as a digital file…
