Upcoming 45 action from Original Gravity Records comes in the shape of this new Rachel Maxann vinyl 7″ featuring two big slabs of soul. On Side A it’s all about the northern on Time Flies With You, a proper stomper that was originally slated to drop and set floors alight in conjunction with the 50th anniversary of the Wigan Casino’s opening and BBC 6’s Music All-Nighter to celebrate said anniversary. In the event, OG label owner received sad personal news and had to pull out of the event at which the Original Gravity Allstars live band were set to perform and release of the record was temporarily delayed. Still the intervening time has, well, flown and the record drops next week – expect sixties-style soul ballad Why Can’t You Miss Me Too on the flip.
