DELVON LAMARR ORGAN TRIO: Chicken Leg b/w If I Could (Vinyl 7″)

It’s been four years since the last Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio release but here are Lamarr, guitarist Jimmy James and drummer Grant Schroff back once again and sounding livelier than chickens being chased with cleavers on new 45 – Chicken Leg. That’ll be the (jazz)-funky one then with slow burner If I Could on the flip. Both cuts were recorded during the I Told You So sessions four years ago and finally get a release to flag that a new LP is coming later in the year. More on that nearer the time.
