And that title Hei Ti – wait – is that… Welsh?! for ‘Hey you?’ Man, the last time I heard anything with a funky rhythm sung in Welsh it was Tebot Piws’ psych-funk-folk nugget Mae Rhywun Wedi Dwyn Fy Nhrwyn and that was nothing like this. Still, there’s no faulting the groove here – this one’s funky in anyone’s language – including that of bodies moving on the dancefloor.
