[RATING: 5] I can’t imagine Serocee needed much persuasion to get on the mic for this massive skanking hip-hop beat from Capitol 1212. Makin Disturbances‘ early September release date doesn’t quite open it up to the public in time for the UK’s second greatest carnival this weekend but rest assured you’re likely to hear it anyway since the promos have gone out. I say ‘hear it’ – feel it is more likely – rearranging the contents of your chest cavity. Those unable to make it to Notting Hill can get really blatted on some of that newfangled weed, lean in really close to the video with the audio redlining and walk really slowly in any direction. Hectic dnb mixes come from Dub Pistols and Dirty Dubsters while Bluntskull does a hip-hop re-version. The original is carnival queen though.
