The latin breaks party continues apace with Hammond Classics, Palov, Mr Bird and, of course, Panama Cardoon. A subtler affair than it’s predecessors, and largely mid-tempo there’s still plenty of upright bass, latin piano and shuffling breakbeat rhythms to swing those hips to which the ladies love – as all concerned are well aware.
