It seems like little more than a year since the last DJ Format LP. But then maybe that’s because it is only little more than a year since the last DJ Format LP – 2012’s Statement Of Intent. Not that The Foremost is just a DJ Format LP you understand, for our man brings this one to you in the company of 80s old school original NYC emcee Phill Most Chill. Hence the title ‘Foremost.’ PMC has been pretty much omnipresent in the last twelve months featuring on drops from Bankrupt Europeans, Mr Fantastic, Chris Read as well as the last DJ Format LP. And with good reason. Which is exactly why he is shortly to be found in the company of Format (again) on this LP of course. To that end – check out the Paintshop Studio-produced vid below as animated versions of our heroes blast through an LP promo mix which gives every indication of being as massive as the idea of Brighton’s b-boy breaks bandit teaming up with NYC’s original fast rap assassin would suggest…
